A summary of what we did on our Baking and Pastry class today:D — May 31, 2012..

at the upper right most picture is a Pizza, topped with tomato sauce, Pesto sauce(both made by me), quick melt cheese, salami, Onions, herbs.. the pizza dough was kneaded by our group

below that picture is a Pesto Focaccia bread. our group topped it with minced garlic, parmesan cheese, tarragon, rosemary and olive oil. the dough was kneaded by group 1 and 3..

on the lower left was the pandesal and french bread.. :)) it was kneaded by group 2 and group 1 I think…

and lastly the wheat loaf. this we didn’t actually finish because our chef didn’t like the result.. I just took a picture of it..

so here is a quick summary of our bakipa class this day:D
